As the small 10×10 user icons are no longer available, I have enabled the 100×100 avatars instead to try this feature out. WARNING: If I see avatar abuse, this may end up in me turning off the feature again and/or banning the offender(s) (and deleting their messages) though!

(And I don't want people to post Flash because it can be used to redirect users pretty much anywhere.) So don't be surprised if it shows up as "%+!+%".
